This organic wine is made from selected Chardonnay grapes from the Puglia region. Vineyards that produce the same high quality grapes, year after year have been chosen for the creation of this wine. Winemakers call this cuvée, The Tattoo Blend, since the quality and character of the wine is identical every year - just like a tattoo. Allegro Chardonnay is a full-bodied wine with a taste  that reveals excellent fruit and a plethora of flavors. To further enhance the complexity, part of the wine has been  matured in oak. This wine is the ideal choice for fish, seafood, chicken and salads or simply enjoyed on its own as an aperitif. Best served at 10-12°C.
